My consulting activities have a singular focus – continuous customer value creation.
Why, you ask? Because, customer value – the lifeblood of any company – is constantly under
threat by changing market forces. Consequently, in order to stay relevant,
companies need to monitor continuously whether the value they are offering their
customers is compelling and relevant, not just when they are in trouble, when growth has
slowed. By then it may be too late; customers may have already fled the fold.

My approach to consulting is highly interactive and customized. Accordingly, depending on
the client’s needs and context, I use two platforms, Innovation MRI and Listen-Engage-
Respond to help clients achieve their business objectives related to continuous customer
value creation.

Clogged arteries impeding blood flow in a human body can be life threatening. Similarly, organizational factors and mindsets preventing innovation from flowing freely can threaten the future health and wellbeing of a company. The objective of Innovation MRI is simple – keep innovation flowing. Using a set of proprietary diagnostic tools and procedures, I work with clients to first identify factors blocking innovation, and then to suggest remedies for removing the blockages, so that innovation can flow freely again thereby enabling them to win at continuous customer value creation.

Collaborate and co-create with customers and employees.

The objective of the Listen-Engage-Respond framework is to help companies add firepower to their innovation efforts by collaborating with key stakeholders, like customers and employees to develop new customer value. Based on the thinking developed in my book, it provides a systematic and comprehensive guide for designing and implementing collaborative innovation programs. The net result – creation of new customer value that has more pulling power, than if the company would have flown solo.
